Maryborough builder, Aaron Maffescioni decided to initiate his own business after working under the guidance of his father in the local family building company, DJ & VH Maffescioni and Sons, for 13 years. Using the skills that his father had taught him he began Maffescioni Homes and Design with an aim to supply clients with quality products and dedicated customer service.

With the advantage of being able to offer clients ‘local builder’ experience, Maffescioni Homes and Design supply quality customised, new homes, units, duplexes, townhouses and a range of building projects such as renovations and extensions, alfresco and outdoor entertainment features, excavations, concreting and fencing.

As the business has experienced rapid growth over the last several years, Maffescioni Homes and Design have doubled the quantity of homes and projects undertaken to meet the increasing demand in Maryborough, Ballarat and the Central Goldfield’s Shire. They are constantly fine tuning their products to provide clients with an individually customised and innovative collection of architect plans and design proposals.

Maffescioni Homes and Design is a registered builder and a member of the HIA. Staff and subcontractors attend regular trade seminars, WorkSafe briefings and OH&S; meetings as part of the company’s commitment to staff development, improved customer service and workplace safety. They also adhere to regular scrutiny of tradespeople and subcontractors and the quality and installation of all building products and materials to maintain quality control on building projects.
